Please note that owing to COVID19 deliveries are taking longer to arrive. Some European and Australian/New Zealand orders are taking up to three months for delivery. 

  • Once your order is packed and ready to ship you will receive a "fulfillment notification" email
  • We ship worldwide from Orange County, California.
  • Estimated Shipping Times:

  -USA: 5-8 business days
 - Canada: 5-8 business days
 - International: Up to 10-15 business day

Please note these times are estimated and we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes as it can depend on USPS capacity

  • Please note actual colors may vary owing to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. It’s also important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the products as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. When printing on garments, it’s important to consider fabric material and garment colour.  We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.



Please note we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please email customer services to enquire about exchanges or returns.



What is Born A Bad Seed’s Exchange & Return Policy on New Product?

A: New product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 21 days of the purchase date [OR within 10 days of receiving your original item(s) ] for an exchange or full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding the shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned, unused, unwashed, and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at our discretion. We strongly advice you use an insured and signed for delivery service.

Upon receiving your returned Born A Bad Seed™ merchandise at our head office, a refund in the amount of the purchase will be issued to you for the item(s) requested within 10 business days. This refund will be issued to the exact same payment type that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards (including expired credit cards).

Q: What is Born A Bad Seed’s Exchange & Return Policy on VINTAGE product?

A:  Born A Bad Seed™ vintage product that is purchased on sale, with a promotional discount code, or at regular price is a FINAL SALE.

Q: Can I Return or Exchange a Sale Item?

A: No, all sale and promotional items are a final sale and are not eligible for a price adjustment, return, or exchange.

Q: How do I begin the return or exchange process of my recently purchased Born A Bad Seed items?

A: If you would like to Return or Exchange a product purchased on our online store the first step is to please fill out our contact form or email us at hello@bornabadseed.com. Include the order number and we will get back to you asap with further instructions.

Additional Information

It is our company policy that the customer must pay for all shipping expenses on the return/exchange of any Born A Bad Seed™ product. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return/exchange is a mistake on our behalf. Ie: You were shipped the wrong item, size, or graphic.

We highly suggest shipping your return/exchange* item(s) back to us by using a courier that offers tracking/signed for services. It is up to your discretion to purchase tracking on your return parcel or not, and we will not be held accountable if your parcel goes missing and we do not receive it.

All undelivered parcels must be reported as missing within 15 days of shipping (USA)  30 days (International) as beyond this date it can be difficult to track down parcels. Born A Bad Seed are not responsible for parcels that are not reported missing within the required time frame.

*All returned parcels must include the Return & Exchange Policy Form that we have sent you via email in reply to your inquiry, items MUST BE MARKED AS RETURNS on the customs form as well or will not be accepted.
